For the 2025 Canadian Tire Dealers Association AMCT in Montreal, Eventure was entrusted with bringing three social events to life through design and decor – the Welcome Reception, Entertainment Night, and Gala. Each was conceptualized to immerse guests in unforgettable moments.
The Welcome Reception, themed “Welcome to Montreal,” transformed the venue into a living cityscape, where every corner celebrated one of Montreal’s iconic neighbourhoods. Guests wandered through a vibrant tapestry of scenes – from the cobblestone and candle lit charm of the Old Port, to the energy and artistic murals of Downtown, the bright color and liveliness of the Atwater Market, the flair of the Village, and the timeless natural beauty of Mount Royal. Each food station and lounge reflected its district’s character through rich décor, custom-built street signage, and thoughtfully paired menus, all converging around a central Bell Centre – inspired hockey bar that tied the city’s spirit together. The result was a stunning, cohesive environment that felt both authentic and exhilarating, providing guests the ultimate experience to discover the city.
For Entertainment Night at the historic St. James, the space was completely reimagined into a candlelit sanctuary – an intimate, golden glow spilling across vaulted ceilings, white florals, and shimmering accents. The underground vault bars, lined with hundreds of candles, created a hidden, romantic ambiance that felt timeless and transportive.
The weekend culminated in a modern speakeasy–style Gala, where every element – from the dramatic entrance installation to the lush floral arrangements, layered candlelight, and tailored lounge vignettes – radiated sophistication. The design balanced vintage charm with modern elegance, creating a seamless flow between dining, dancing, and discovery.
Across all three nights, every detail was meticulously considered – from large-scale architectural buildouts to the smallest accent pieces – ensuring a fluid narrative that told the story of Montreal through sight, scent, and atmosphere.
